2 tomatoes

4 cloves garlic, crushed
Fourth glass tea oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley and coriander

Stages
To prepare the recipe for Moroccan loubia :
Soak overnight beans clans Drain water and poach in boiling water . Drain and set aside .
In a saucepan , place the chopped tomatoes , garlic , salt , spices, oil, tomato paste and two large glasses of water.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add beans and poached chopped parsley and coriander, cook and remove from heat when the beans become tender. Serve hot
